Our Special Separation Strategy Session

You may only be looking for some information and if this is the case then you should attend a Separation Strategy Session. At this meting we will discuss your options with you and talk about how we think would be the best way we can work together to resolve your matter. You will be provided with information to help resolve your matter peacefully and amicably. The legal process will be explained to you and we will answer any questions you may have on procedural matters. You will also be given information on the mediation process and how you can benefit from it. You will be able to discuss your goals as well as your fears. However at this session we are unable to offer you legal advice about whether a particular settlement is suitable or not.

Cost: $ 350 plus GST for a 60 minute session. 

Mediation Services

Our fixed price mediation package includes a full day’s mediation.

Cost: $ 1500.00 plus GST.
